How do I care for my earrings?
To ensure that your earrings stay in their best condition, avoid contact with lotion, make up, or perfumes to avoid stains and marks on the earrings. 

What are the earrings made of?
The material is extremely light weight clay and is almost unbreakable. Brass and acestate pieces are also light weight but may break.

What are the backs made of?
Earring backs are always hypoallergenic, unless other wise stated. It varies from sterling silver, surgical steel, 14K plated gold, and brass.

How can I keep my brass looking nice?
Brass earring parts and bracelets are made from metal that cannot be guaranteed as hypoallergenic. If your brass starts to tarnish, use ketchup on a Qtip and it will shine it right back up!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time and due to the nature of the product, I cannot do returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with the craftmanship of the product, please let me know. I can get this corrected for you, but must be ntifed within two weeks of receving the product.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to all continetnal US states.

Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, we are not shipping worldwide. If desired, contact us and we can see what can be done.

When will I get my order?
Once a collection launches and orders are placed, please allow for one week for creation and then 3-5 buisness days for shipping. 

My tracking number says my package was delivered, but it wasn't. What do I do?
Please start by checking your tracking number. If the package has been marked as delivered, contact your post office ASAP to see if they have information on your package. Check with roommates, neighbors, and/or apartment management to see if your package was mixed up or picked up by them.

I accidentally entered the wrong address for my order. What do I do?
Please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible with  the correct shipping address. If the order has not shipped, I can change the address. 
If the order has shipped, I am not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer and no refunds will be issued.  
However, if the order is returned to me in good condition, you may purchase additional shipping and have your order reshipped.

Do you offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges?
All sales are final and I do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible with your concern so I can assist you.
